Clinical Imaging Manager FT Woodland Park

Job Summary:
Responsible for daily operations of the Radiology Department, including supervision of staff, coordination with medical staff, and assisting Director with financial management, including business planning/forecasting, budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, statistical analysis, staffing efficiency and other duties as assigned. Contributes to optimal performance of Imaging Services on financial, quality and service metrics. Demonstrates by example and nurtures in staff the Standards for Service Excellence so that these standards represent minimum accepted behavior.

Job Essentials:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising Radiology unit(s) in a hospital setting.
  • Must possess communication and leadership skills including organizational, business development, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrates behaviors which exemplify standards for Service Excellence.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Business Administration or related field) required. (Note: Substantial recent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.)
  • Master’s Degree in health, hospital or business administration preferred.


License/Certification/Registry: NJ State Radiology License and ANY of the following Registries: ARRT, CNMT, or RDMS.
