Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply?

View our current opportunities, create a candidate profile, and follow the instructions to apply. Englewood Health only accepts online applications.

What happens to my application when I apply online?

You will receive an automated confirmation email once you successfully submit your application. Submitted applications are screened by our talent acquisition (recruiting) team.

Will I be contacted after I apply?

If your skills and qualifications meet the requirements of the role, our team will consult with the hiring manager to determine which qualified applicants will be invited to interview.

How can I check the status of my application?

You may check the status of your application by logging in to your candidate profile and clicking on the “Job Management” tab. If the job is marked “closed,” it means another candidate has been selected for the position.

Is there a limit to the number of jobs for which I can apply?

You may apply for up to six positions in a 30-day period, but we do encourage you to focus only on those positions that you feel best match your interests and qualifications.

Do I have to apply separately for every position I am interested in?

Yes. You must apply for each position to better assess your skills and experience and determine whether you are the most qualified applicant for the role.

Can I request that Englewood Health make changes to my resume or cover letter once I have submitted my application?

No. Federal regulations prevent us from editing a resume or application once submitted. However, you may upload a new resume into the system by updating your candidate profile.

What kinds of jobs are available?

All job opportunities (clinical and non-clinical) are posted on our website. Please be sure to visit our Career Opportunities page to research jobs that match your interests and qualifications.

Is my information protected?

Yes, our website is secure. Your information will remain confidential and will only be used for our recruiting process.

How long will my resume/profile be kept on file?

Your resume/profile is maintained indefinitely on the system. We encourage you to maintain updated information so that searches can result in the most current and accurate information about you.

How long does it take to complete the online application?

Approximately 10 minutes. You will need to complete both a profile and an application. Please be sure to disable your pop-up blockers. If needed, you can save your progress and return to the site to complete your application at a later time.

What is your interview process like?

Interviews may be conducted in person, virtually, or a combination of both. The candidate selection process may take several weeks for specific positions.

How do I verify employment or handle background checks for current or former employees?
