For Newly Hired Team Members

What happens after I accept a position with Englewood Health?

Upon acceptance of an offer, your HR recruiter will schedule a pre-employment appointment for you. This one-time appointment will include tasks essential to getting started in your new role as soon as possible. Read below to learn more about the onboarding process and what to expect.

New-Hire Onboarding Appointment

New hires are scheduled for a pre-employment appointment during which you will complete tasks essential to getting started in your new role. This visit includes meeting with our Employee Health department, filling out work authorization documents with Human Resources, completing a drug screening in our outpatient lab, and having your ID badge photo taken by security. You should expect to be onsite for 1.5–2 hours.

New-Hire Paperwork

Englewood Health uses an e-signature platform, accessible via desktop or mobile device. This allows you to complete new-hire paperwork electronically and at your convenience ahead of your scheduled pre-employment appointment.

New-Hire Verifications

As part of our onboarding process, all new hires undergo employment and reference verifications, education confirmation, and background checks. For positions that require specific licensure, registries, and/or certifications, these documents are also verified. Please ensure your application profile is complete with your education and reference information.

New-Hire Orientation

General Orientation is scheduled monthly. New team members are welcomed by our President and CEO and will hear important information from members of the Englewood Health leadership team and Human Resources representatives. As a new member of the Englewood Health family, we aim to engage you in our culture and set you up for success.
