Job Summary:
Under general supervision and direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor/Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and performance of a wide variety of general ultrasound exams and procedures as ordered by the physician. They will provide assistance to the Radiologist/physicians as requested with the technical factors involved in such ordered procedures. The candidate will work with a dynamic team of radiologysts and experienced Ultrasound Sonographers to enrich the candidates knowledge while gaining valuable work experience in a supportive, fast-paced, professional, and collaborative environment.

Job Essentials:

 

  • Minimum of one year current general ultrasound tech experience required.

 


Education Requirements:

 

  • Minimum education of HS Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.

 


License/Certification/Registry:

 

  • RDMS required (candidates who have passed their SPI exam and eligible for RDMS will be considered)
  • BLS Certification

 

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law.  The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. Minimum rate: $37.00
