Job Summary:
The Quality Improvement Analyst is responsible for facilitating clinical improvement initiatives and guiding the development, ongoing review and implementation of evidence-based improvement initiatives. The QIA will facilitate and support multi-disciplinary teams to achieve clinical performance improvement goals and objectives. The QIA is also responsible for review and abstraction of clinical data for regulatory data submission and identification and communication of trends and patterns in data that will facilitate improvement.

Job Essentials:
- Working knowledge of Quality Management, PI, Risk management, Joint Commission Standards, NJDOH Regulations
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master’s preferred
License/Certification/Registry:
- NJ State RN License

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
