Job Summary:
Englewood Health is seeking a BC/BE Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our established practice of 3 colorectal surgeons. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign and malignant colorectal conditions

Perform advanced surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and nursing staff

Participate in Disease Management Teams (DMTs), tumor boards, and quality improvement initiatives

Participate in education of residents and medical students
-
Contribute to clinical research

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC, the electronic medical record system

Provide on-call coverage
Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery and Colon & Rectal Surgery

Completion of an accredited colon and rectal surgery fellowship program

Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility for licensure)

Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and surgical skills
