About the Opportunity: 

  •  Englewood Health is seeking a BC/BE Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our established practice of 3 colorectal surgeons. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment that values innovation, integrity, and compassionate care.

What your day will look like

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign and malignant colorectal conditions
  • Perform advanced surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and nursing staff
  • Participate in Disease Management Teams (DMTs), tumor boards, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in education of residents and medical students
  • Contribute to clinical research
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC, the electronic medical record system
  • Provide on-call coverage 

 

Qualifications: 

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited colon and rectal surgery fellowship program 
  • Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery and Colon & Rectal Surgery (must become BC within a five (5) year timeline per Medical Staff bylaws)
  • Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility for licensure) 
  •  DEA and NJ CDS registration
  • Current BLS & ACLS certification

Englewood Health offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, comprehensive benefits package, and other incentive programs for our employees. The salary shown reflects the minimum compensation; actual compensation considers specialty, relevant experience and training.

 

      Minimum compensation: $350,000.00 annually
