Englewood Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Department of Surgery. This advanced practice provider will work collaboratively with surgeons, residents, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex conditions in our expanding UroGYN practice.
About the Opportunity

Our growing Urogynecology practice is dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care for women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and related conditions.The Advanced Practice Provider will play an integral role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, education, and ongoing management of urogynecologic conditions. The ideal candidate is passionate about women's health, possesses strong clinical skills, and thrives in a team-oriented practice setting.
- GYN Onc/UroTeam: Three (3) Providers, One (1) Nurse Practitioner.

What your day will look like

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.

Diagnose and manage patients with urogynecologic and pelvic floor disorders.

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventive care.

Perform office-based procedures as appropriate and within scope of practice.

Review diagnostic testing and communicate results to patients.

Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Coordinate care with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts.

Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
All Candidates
- 2-4 years of experience in Women's Health, Gynecology, Urology, Urogynecology, or surgical specialty preferred
- DEA and NJ CDS registration
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Advanced Practice Nurse
- Master’s or Doctorage degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- National Board certificatioin is required
- Current NJ Professional Nurse License
- Current NJ Nurse Practitioner License
Physician Assistant
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NJ Physician Assistant License
- Current National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The rate shown reflects the flat hourly rate for this position; this position is not benefit eligible.
Minimum rate: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
