Job Summary:
The lead CCL Technician is a caregiver who assists the cath team in the scrub and monitoring role during invasive procedures and assists in the preparation of the procedure rooms between cases. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation and supplies on the sterile field. In addition this is a leadership role that requires oversite of the cath lab techs including scheduling, assignments and management of supplies and equipment

Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm - Staggered shifts; On-call required

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and complex cardiovascular procedures.
• Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring equipment and computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate staffing, equipment, supplies, and technical resources for complex procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Education Requirements:

• Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred 
• At least 6 years of recent, direct experience in a Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab
• At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, or related procedural environment
  
  

License/Certification/Registry:

• Current NJ State X-Ray Technologist licensure
• BLS

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $45.00 per hour
