Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the activities of personnel engaged in registration and pre-authorization functions. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Patient Access Service. Manage staff for optimum performance.

Job Essentials:
- A minimum of two (2) years of patient registration and/or pre-authorization functions experience required
- A minimum of one year (1) of experience leading or supervising others and/or managing processes required
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS and/or drug codes required
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead a work group and interact with all
levels of Medical Center staff, physicians, patients, insurance companies, etc. when dealing
with registration process - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and enforce policies and procedures
Education Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or higher preferred

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. Annual Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000
