Englewood Health is seeking a dedicated and patient‑centered Pulmonologist to join our growing practice in Bergen County. About the Opportunity
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team of four (4) pulmonologists.
- Manage a diverse patient population with complex pulmonary needs.
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care.
- Schedule: On-call shared amongst the providers. 4th weekend on call (Fri 5pm – Mon 8am). One to two (1-2 days) of weekday calls 5pm-8am.

What your day will look like
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of pulmonary conditions including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep‑related breathing disorders.
- Interpret pulmonary function tests, chest imaging, and sleep studies.
- Perform bronchoscopies and other pulmonary procedures (if applicable).
- Manage inpatient consults and admissions (if hospital work is included).
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, respiratory therapists, and care coordinators.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice development.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Medicine fellowship
- Board Certified (ABOG) or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine (must become BC within a five (5) year timeline per Medical Staff bylaws)
- Eligible for New Jersey Medical Licensure
- DEA and NJ CDS registration
- Current BLS, and ACLS certification

Englewood Health offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, comprehensive benefits package, and other incentive programs for our employees. The rate shown reflects the minimum compensation; actual compensation considers specialty, relevant experience and training.
Minimum compensation: $300,000 annually
