Job Summary:
- Manage enterprise infrastructure solutions with a focus on VMware ESXi/vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Commvault Backup & Recovery.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 and related technologies including but not limited to: Exchange, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Monitor and maintain virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on server and storage infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies using Commvault.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, including system migrations, application deployments, and data center improvements.
- Support day-to-day aspects of the level 2 and 3 Support.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- 90% of the work can be performed remotely, minimum one day onsite will be required.
- Participate on 24x7 on-call rotating schedule, and after hours work required as needed.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies
- Certification in Microsoft technology is highly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory architecture, user/group policies, OU structure, and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux server operating systems.
- Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure automation/scripting (PowerShell, Manage
- Engine Endpoint Central, ADManager, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Position requires ability to interact with all levels of hospital staff, vendors, consultants, etc.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field required.
