Job Summary:
The Lead Integration Analyst is responsible for and effective in designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise interoperability solutions across the health system. This senior technical role serves as the subject matter expert for healthcare integrations, ensuring reliable and secure exchange of clinical, financial, and operational data between Epic and internal/external systems. This role includes project management and coaching/mentoring other analysts on complex issues/projects. The position requires extensive experience with HL7 messaging, APIs, interoperability standards, Epic integration technologies, and regulatory reporting.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of Healthcare IT experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML, JSON, X12, and web services
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, interface lifecycle management, and message transformation
  • Knowledge of healthcare information exchanges (HIEs), public health reporting, and interoperability frameworks
  • Experience with SQL and database querying for interface analysis and troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and clinical teams
  • Position requires ability to interact with all levels of hospital staff, vendors, consultants, etc.
  • Must possess the capability to prioritize, act independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Critical thinking skills as well as ability to use independent judgment are required
  • Leads by example and possesses solid analytical capabilities with excellent customer service skills

 

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelors preferred

 

License/Certification/Registry:

  • Epic Bridges Certification (required); Epic Care Everywhere certification preferred
  • Cloverleaf Certification or equivalent advanced integration engine expertise

Englewood Health job postings provide a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The salary range for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the salary range, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. 

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
