Job Summary:
Provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing quality, professional practice, Magnet designation, and national nursing accreditations. Leads the development, execution, and sustainability of the organization’s Magnet Recognition Program strategy and ensures compliance with additional accreditation programs, including PTAP. Ensures continuous survey readiness and directs the preparation, coordination, and submission of all required designation documentation and reports. Oversees Magnet-related initiatives across nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and clinical areas to ensure alignment with accreditation standards. Drives the integration of evidence-based practice, nursing research, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives to achieve measurable, data-driven quality outcomes. Provides administrative oversight of the Health Sciences Library to support clinical inquiry, research, and evidence-based practice across the organization.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven progressive leadership experience.
- Considerable knowledge of current patient care and management principles, practices and procedures.
- Experience in nursing professional development, professional practice structures and processes: care delivery systems, evidence-based practice, research, and quality monitoring and improvement including demonstrated success implementing programs aligned with ANCC Magnet and Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in nursing accreditation, regulatory readiness, and national benchmarking programs (e.g., ANCC Magnet, PTAP, NDNQI or similar quality reporting systems).
- High-level knowledge and experience with executing strategic programs to drive business success.
- Sensitivity for and understanding of clinical disciplines and issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Education Requirements:
- BSN Required, Masters in Nursing or relevant field required, DNP or PhD preferred.
License/Certification/Registry:
- Must have a current New Jersey Nursing License.
- Certification required.
- Must be a graduate of NLN accredited nursing program.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
