Job Summary:
Reporting to the Medical Director of Structural Heart and in concert with key administrative leaders, the Coordinator of the Structural Heart Program is responsible for administrative oversight of the program, including supporting operational and workflow improvements that align with organizational strategic goals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on the design, implementation and growth initiatives for the program. Duties include conducting referral outreach, developing marketing materials, event planning, engagement activities in community and private practice settings. Drafts presentation materials and procedure guidelines that impact quality clinical outcomes, outpatient/inpatient efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum of five (5) years in medical practice administration; preferably within the Cardiac services arena
- Prior experience in outreach/marketing leading to positive programmatic growth
- Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Requires local travel to physician offices and outreach events
- Frequent contact with physician offices and department employees
- Occasional contact with patients
- May require after hours or off-shift work
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Major in Marketing, Population Health or other related field preferred.
