Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Coordinator to lead and oversee all aspects of clinical education for students enrolled in our Diagnostic Radiography program. This role is pivotal in ensuring students meet national registration standards and are fully prepared for successful careers in radiologic technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core radiography courses and lead hands-on instruction in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Train and mentor students in clinical competencies, professional conduct, and patient care standards.
- Develop and maintain syllabi, lesson plans, course objectives, and testing materials.
- Coordinate clinical rotations and assignment schedules across affiliated healthcare sites.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) standards for clinical instruction and competency evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and faculty to enhance curriculum and student outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and clinical staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum of three (3) years' clinical experience as a Registered Technologist (R.T.).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Clinical Instructor preferred.
- Prior classroom teaching experience required.
- Proven ability in the areas of curriculum development, student testing and evaluation, and clinical education.
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of curricula contents.
- Commitment to educational excellence and student success.
- Able to meet all JRCERT requirements for the Coordinator role.
- Able to meet Englewood Health performance expectations identified for the role.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (by date of hire or within a specified timeframe) required; advanced degrees preferred.
License/Certification/Registry:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography required
- New Jersey State Licensed in Radiology required.
- BLS Certification preferred

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The compensation rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the compensation rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Compensation range: $93,600 to $115,000
