Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Organizational Development Coordinator to support the execution and enhancement of our OD initiatives. Reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, the OD Coordinator supports the planning, development, and implementation of OD programs for Englewood Health team members. This role also provides administrative support to organizational leadership and facilitates the successful execution of initiatives across the organization. Assists in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training/development programs and activities in support of EH goals and objectives. This role is ideal for a creative thinker passionate about employee development, performance management, organizational culture and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Maintain and update LMS content, assist with user support, and generate usage reports. Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning and development activities, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to OD programs, including engagement, performance, and recognition metrics.
  • Recognition Program Coordination: Support the planning, communication, and execution of employee recognition initiatives.
  • Performance Management Support: Assist in the rollout and tracking of performance management processes and tools.
  • Content Development: Draft presentations, toolkits, and professional development materials for internal use.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and update company social media pages with content aligned to OD and culture initiatives.
  • Presentation Delivery: Conduct engaging presentations and training sessions for diverse internal audiences.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1-year related experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills     
  • Proven ability to create and deliver presentations to varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal direction, as well as work collaboratively within teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required; Working knowledge of Canva and social media tools preferred.  
  • Ability to learn additional digital tools and features required.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law.  The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
