Job Summary:
Reporting to the Organizational Development Manager, the HR Coordinator supports the planning, development, and implementation of OD programs for Englewood Health team members. This role also provides administrative support to organizational leadership and facilitates the successful execution of initiatives across the organization. The HR Coordinator assists in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training/development programs and activities in support of EH goals and objectives.

Job Essentials:
- Minimum 1-year related experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Ability to function independently with minimal direction, as well as work collaboratively within teams.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the EH community. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional tools and features including but not limited to Microsoft products.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
