Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Program Manager will be responsible for managing and further developing The Gregory P. Shadek Behavioral Care Center at Englewood Health. This Center is committed to the overall behavioral health and wellness of individual patients, families, and residents in the Englewood Health community. The Manager will oversee the day to day operations of our comprehensive and integrated outpatient program. They will work in close partnership with our outpatient psychiatrists and additional members of our behavioral health team. They will supervise our Center’s outpatient psychotherapists, who provide individual and group therapy to our patients and community members. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing our Opioid Task Force, assisting in the further development of policies and procedures within the Health System and educating our community and staff. Finally, the Manager will collaborate with community leaders and regional partners to establish programs that provide front-line clinical, educational, preventative, and navigation services with a focus on mental health and substance use.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- · Master’s of Social Work degree
- · Courses in health care office management preferred
- · 3-5 years experience in a behavioral health role, in addition to administrative experience in a medical office
- 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience preferred.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
