Job Summary:
Provides essential anesthesia support services to anesthesiologists and the perioperative team throughout the Medical Center. Assists with surgical and procedural cases requiring anesthesia by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting anesthesia equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patient care.

Status: Part-time (24 hours minimum) benefits eligible
Hours: 3p - 11p
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician in an acute care hospital, surgical services, or procedural setting
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, supplies, monitoring devices, and airway management tools
- Ability to prepare, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment and related supplies
- Familiarity with infection prevention, sterilization, and patient safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teams
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and supplies as required
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree preferred
Certification:
- Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) or Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) credential preferred

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
