Job Summary:
We have an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Breast Surgery team. The position is primarily office-based, focusing on seeing new patients and postoperative visits in collaboration with the breast surgeon (2–3 clinic days per week). Operating room participation (1–2 days per week) is available but not required.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, reliable, responsive, positive, and a true team player. There is also an opportunity to see select patients independently—such as those with breast pain or benign breast masses—as time permits.  Our main office is located in Englewood, with additional offices in Fair Lawn and Jersey City. Travel to satellite locations is optional.

Job Essentials:

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for breast health concerns under physician supervision.
• Conduct preoperative and postoperative visits and coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary services.
• Participate in the operating room (optional).
• Support quality improvement, patient education, and collaborative clinical initiatives within our accredited Breast Center.
• 2 – 3 years APN/PA experience preferred.
• Experience in breast surgery preferred.

Education Requirements:

• If an APN - Master's Degree required
• If a PA - Bachelor's Degree required
• Graduate of an approved PA program

License/Certification/Registry:

• If an APN

      Current NJ Professional Nurse License

      Current NJ Nurse Practitioner License

• If a PA

       Current NJ Physician Assistant License

       Curent NCCPA Certification

• NJ CDS/DEA Registration
• Current BLS/ACLS Certification
• Current ACLS Certification
