Job Summary:
The Administrative Nurse Supervisor directs, coordinates and evaluates the standard of care provided during evening and night shifts on assigned units/department to ensure competent nursing care and organizational efficiency. Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Department of Nursing and manages staff for optimum performance.

Job Essentials:

• Minimum of 2 years' of Managerial experience.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, BSN preferred.

• Current NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, Nursing Administration Certification preferred.
